Jeffrey Rosin - Counsel in Complex Litigation Matters

Based in Boston, Jeffrey Rosin practices litigation law at O’Hagan Meyer, where he also chairs the Franchise Industry Practice Group, which he helped establish. His experience in employment law includes strategies for avoiding lawsuits and settling contentious matters without protracted litigation. Working closely with longstanding clients, Jeffrey Rosin also handles a full caseload of general business matters.

Mr. Rosin’s previous position at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete spanned nearly a decade and included employment litigation and compliance strategy consultations. His achievements included consistent selection by Boston Magazine as a “Rising Star.” He has also been recognized by the publication as a “Super Lawyer.” A longstanding member of the American Bar Association (ABA), he maintains an active presence in the ABA Forum on Franchising.

A magna cum laude graduate of University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Rosin majored in diplomatic history, with a minor in political science. He subsequently earned his juris doctor at the New York University School of Law, where he received a scholarship that reflected excellence in criminal law. A certified youth soccer coach, Jeffrey Rosin enjoys working with young athletes..
